Matthew D. Stump maintains a focused practice on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant business visa matters, I-9 and corporate compliance and federal mandamus litigation.

He has over 16 years of experience representing scientists, researchers, engineers, physicians, professors, artists, musicians, athletes, and entrepreneurs as well as counseling corporations, universities, and government agencies on obtaining visas and green cards for foreign national employees including extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, multinational manager, and national interest waiver categories.

Matthew places special emphasis on counseling clients through the US Department of Labor’s arduous Alien Labor Certification (PERM) process.

Matthew is recognized by Who’s Who Legal Corporate Immigration as an “Employment Guru” and is “praised as a rising star in the practice area and someone who is already making his mark with federal government agencies.”
